New Nanny
After interviewing nannies for the past few weeks, we made an offer to Nanny W and she accepted last Friday. She will start next Monday. My dad has been hanging out with Ben last week and this week and will stay on next week to ease the transition.
Question…should we nanny cam from the start? And do we tell the nanny it exists?
