I think we have officially transitioned over to a big boy bed! 

We have had a single bed in Ben’s room forever, mainly for guests.  About a week ago, Ben decided he wanted to sleep in his bed, not his crib and hasn’t looked back.  He is in the big boy bed for naps and overnights and while he is able to get in and out of it with the help of a step stool, he doesn’t. 

We also finally added a video monitor. We never felt like we needed one but withthe whole transition thought it might be helpful to have.  It is hysterical to watch him but also hysterical because when he is awake, he likes to use it too to watch his light up turtle.  Apparently the whole family is into video stalking ;)
