We took the plunge last night and put up a fake will to make an office in our apartment.  The apartment was set up to have a massive living room and then a dining alcove.  It was easy enough to block off the dining area for an office and still have more than enough room to have a living room and dining room.

I was nervous I wouldn’t like it because it makes the apartment less open concept and also blocks out some light.  When I arrived home to see the finished room, I loved it!  It gives Josh some space to have a “man room/office”  while almost making the apartment feel larger because it now is a two bed +office!  The wall blocks off one end of the pass through kitchen though which leaves the kitchen feeling very very white/gray. 

We need to paint the fake wall so I’m looking for suggestions?  Kitchen color (only accented by white and gray) and office color (only accented by a forest green couch and medium colored wood desk).  I’m terrible at home improvement projects such as this.
